Denise Ziolo

Upon graduating West Virginia University there was no question I was headed south.  After working in the Carolinas for a few years I decided to settle in South Florida.  I absolutely love living in Fort Lauderdale and my love of the area allows me to go above and beyond for my clients with a smile on my face.

Buying and selling homes can be a stressful process and my goal is to make the process go as smoothly as possible.  I have years of experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as a strong background in real estate finance.   I am an expert negotiator and at By The Sea Realty I have relationships with local lenders, title companies and home inspectors that we work with on a regular basis. My years of experience in real estate allows me to manage all of your real estate needs from contract to closing.
