• Sales were up 2.5% from last month, but down 1.1% from a year ago.
• Median sales prices were up 4.9% from last year at $277,700.
• Distressed sales were only 2% of total sales, down from 3% last year and the lowest since NAR started tracking in May 2011.
• Listing inventory is up 2.7%.
• Days on market is only 26 days.
