• December sales volume was down 10.3% from last year, but median sales prices were up 2.9% from last year.
• Distressed sales were only 2% of total sales, down from 5% last year and the lowest since NAR started tracking in May 2011.
• Listing inventory is up 1.46%.
• Days on market is only 33 days.
