How grateful I am that I had you to work with.

 I wanted to reach out to express to you that both me and my family are thankful to you for your handling and negotiation in obtaining our property.   I know it was a long process and you showed me a lot of property’s before finally being able to get me my home.

 I tell people all the time about my journey and how grateful I am that I had you to work with. How we already had a property that you knew I was going to buy only because we had already seen so many property’s, but that it wasn’t what I was truly looking for. I remember the very day that we were going to sign the contract on that other property on Oak st in Lindenhurst . How you bought up that a property had just came up that very morning and that it had everything that I was looking for. That it wouldn’t hurt to look at it as we hadn’t signed anything yet.

 You know when I tell people my story on how you didn’t think twice about making less money on your commission and were truly invested on fulfilling my wants and that we walked away with a home that we would be happy with. Shows me and my family that you are a woman with Integrity are a true professional.

 Today I’m grateful that I have a home which recently appraised to double of the amount which I purchased. I was able to cash out all my improvements investments and take advantage of the low interest rate to still have the same payment as before.
