You listened to my needs and you asked me the right questions for what I was looking for. You kept me informed of new listings and kept me up to date on the south Florida market. Mid pandemic, you called me and informed me of a property I would love. We did a video showing and I fell in love with it. We made an offer and it was accepted. The time and effort you have put into this sale for me far exceeds your responsibility. It does not go unnoticed. A standing ovation is needed.
