After years of waiting some lucky buyers will finally be able to purchase a new condo on the beach in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Minto has announced the grand opening of their final phase of Villas By The Sea. With the exception of SkY230 Townhomes we have not seen any new construction in LBTS since the completion of Villas By The Sea Phase One in 2009. Details are limited, but prices will range from the mid $500s for “Oceanside” units to over $1.5m for “Oceanfront” residences. With brand new floor plans and a “new look” that will blend in nicely with phase one, this promises to be a very exciting new development project for our town.
