“In December my wife and I had the opportunity to visit the Fort Lauderdale area and knew instantly that we wanted to purchase a condo for relief from the cold winter months of Michigan.  We initially utilized a realtor we met through our friends from Michigan who already owned a condo in the area.  However, as the real estate market heated up we quickly realized that the realtor we were using was not providing information on available properties on a timely basis, and we missed out on a few opportunities that we felt would have been a good fit for us.

Jean also was patient with us as we considered multiple properties, and provided videos and FaceTime calls so that we could see these properties while we were in Michigan.  Within a few months a property became available that was the right fit for us, and we were able to return to Florida to see it in person.  Jean then guided us through a successful offer and purchase.

I have meant to send this note immediately after the amazing job you achieved for Carol and Myself in Renting our Unit at Mayberry Mansions, but got caught up while attempting to fill a Vacancy in Our Own House. We live in an Owner Occupied 2 Family and the entire process has been an ordeal. I thought about the notion of asking you to fly to Boston and  take care of this rental but thought you would need a Mass License.

Finally, I’m extremely happy that when I suggested a substantially lower monthly rent to get this done quickly. You in your infinite wisdom priced it at the true market value which was nearly one third higher.
In ending, I probably mentioned to you that I have spent my entire Adult life in the Business of Residential Real Estate Sales and know an excellent, Talented and Gifted Broker when I meet One and have to say that you easily fit that bill Jean and were so happy we met you.
Carol and I just finished our first winter there and went there with Several close Friends and we know that when Anyone we know either from Boston or that happen to Live at  Maybury Mansions presently, You will be the First Phone Call when they need the services of an Outstanding Realtor.“
