Deerfield Beach

Deerfield Beach is a beautiful coastal community located on the far north side of Broward County.  As of the 2020 census the population was 86,859. The town borders Boca Raton to the north and Hillsboro Beach to the south.

The town’s barrier island, known as Deerfield Beach Island, boasts some amazing outdoor restaurants and bars where you can enjoy oceanfront dining and sensational waterfront views.  Known as the famous “Blue Wave” beach, you can surf, swim, paddle board or dive just off of the beach in the clear, turquoise waters. The Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier is a great place to watch the sunrise and grab some breakfast.  Take a walk along the boardwalk or enjoy cooling off under one of the beachside tiki huts.

Deerfield Beach is also a fantastic community for boaters with plenty of waterfront homes in The Cove neighborhood. Located in between the Hillsboro Inlet and the Boca Raton Inlet, boaters will love the easy ocean access. The sandbar of Lake Boca is a short cruise away and the fishing and diving is easily accessible just offshore.

Deerfield Beach is also home to one of the best public golf courses in South Florida. The Deer Creek Golf Club and community is only a 10 minute drive from the beach. Deer Creek has plenty of housing options, including single family homes, townhomes and condos.  Have lunch or dinner at the Deer Creek Grille and enjoy some of the beautiful parks in the area.
