By The Sea Realty FLIBS 2026 Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

The 2026 FLIBS Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by By The Sea Realty, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, Florida (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees and real estate agents affiliated with By The Sea Realty, Inc., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 16th and ends on October 23rd at 5:00 PM EDT.
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
The Giveaway will be conducted through the official By The Sea Realty Facebook, Instagram and X accounts.
To enter on any participating platform.
- Follow By The Sea Realty on the social media platform where you are entering.
- Like the official FLIBS 2026 Ticket Giveaway post.
- Comment or reply to the official giveaway post.
Limit one entry per person per social media platform.
A person may therefore receive up to three eligible entries by entering once on Facebook, once on Instagram and once on X.
No purchase, payment, real estate inquiry, property registration, appointment, or transaction is necessary to enter or win.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive:
Four general admission tickets to the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, October 28–November 1, 2026.
Approximate retail value: $192.
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash through By The Sea Realty.
Any expenses associated with attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, including transportation, lodging, parking, meals and other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
After the Giveaway Period closes, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through the official By The Sea Realty Facebook, Instagram and X giveaway posts.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted directly by By The Sea Realty through the social media account used to enter.
By The Sea Realty will never ask a winner to provide a credit card number, make a payment, or pay a fee to claim this prize.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, By The Sea Realty may select an alternate winner at random.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver or transfer the tickets.
Prize Delivery
The method of ticket delivery will be determined by By The Sea Realty based on the ticketing procedures established by the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or otherwise inaccessible tickets after they have been properly delivered or transferred to the winner.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants By The Sea Realty permission to announce the winner’s first name and general location and to identify the winner in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.
General Conditions
By The Sea Realty reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the operation of the Giveaway, uses fraudulent or automated means of entry, or otherwise acts in an unfair or disruptive manner.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as planned, By The Sea Realty reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Giveaway as permitted by applicable law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems, social media outages, interrupted internet service, lost or delayed entries, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is not a sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its operation unless otherwise expressly stated.
All event dates, admission policies and ticket conditions are subject to the rules and policies established by the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and its organizers.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or X.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to By The Sea Realty and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta or X.
Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta and X from any responsibility associated with this Giveaway.
Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.
