Located just North of Fort Lauderdale and West of Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek has been spotlighted as one of the “Best Cities to Live in Amercia by Money Magazine. The city has a population of around 60,000 residents. Coconut Creek offers an Urban feel with many restaurants, coffee shops, and The Promenade, a 23 acre open-air upscale shopping center all within walking distance or a short drive. If you’re looking for something to do outdoors the city offers residents 18 parks, 9 greenways, 4 football/soccer fields, 11 baseball/softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, dog parks, 2 fitness centers and 2 recreation centers. And, South Florida’s award winning beaches are just a short drive away.

Fun Fact: Coconut Creek is the “Butterfly Capital of the World” boasting the largest butterfly park in the world with over 20,000 live butterflies to see.
