Birch Park Finger Streets

The Birch Park Finger Streets is a community of approximately 140 single family homes situated on 9 cul-de-sacs North of Sunrise Boulevard, between A1A and Birch State Park. Many homes on the West side have border the state park with views of Long Lake, while the homes on the East side have a view of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This is a very unique neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale and is in close proximity to shopping and night life. There is an interesting mixture of new construction as well as architecture dating back to the 1930’s.
