Central Beach

Fort Lauderdale’s famed Central Beach stretches from Port Everglades to Oakland Park Blvd. along A1A. This area is more commonly referred to as Fort Lauderdale Beach and the property here is mostly condos with some townhomes and single family homes. This is the most active part of Fort Lauderdale where you will find plenty of hotels, restaurants, lively nightlife, water sports, fishing charters and marinas. The Bahia Mar Hotel and Marina is home to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. While some of the original mid century modern architecture is still intact, the area is quickly developing with plenty of luxury hotels and condominiums.
