The W Buildings

The “W” Buildings are a group of smaller, waterfront condo buildings located just South of Commercial Blvd and East of Bayview Dr in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Each of the buildings offer dock space and have waterfront swimming pools.  Boaters love this location just off of the Intracoastal and no fixed bridges.   This great Coral Ridge location is close to many restaurants and bars and just across the bridge from Lauderdale By The Sea beaches and the Fishing Pier.  The “W Buildings” include:   The Wellington, The Westchester, Winston House, Wilshire East, Williamsburg condo, Windsor condo and The Wayne House.
