Lauderdale Beach stretches from Oakland Park Blvd. to the North to the Northern border of Birch State Park and includes the single family homes along the beach East of A1A as well as the neighborhood of Dolphin Isles along the Intracoastal Waterway. The beachfront homes “on the sand” in Lauderdale Beach and the boating properties of Dolphin Isles are some of the most desirable in all of Fort Lauderdale. The area also includes some popular condominium buildings along A1A and the Intracoastal. Birch Park on the Southern end of Lauderdale Beach offers residents and visitors a wonderful state park with biking and hiking trails, kayaking and easy access to parking across from the beach.
