Villas By The Sea

Villas By The Sea is a lovely project on the beach and surrounding El Prado Park in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The complex consists of 4 buildings, two on the beach and the other two on the west side of El Mar Drive. The project was constructed in two phases, the first in 2008 and the second was completed in 2016. Every unit in the beachfront buildings is a pass through with ocean views, while the west buildings offer several different floor plans surrounding a courtyard atrium. The complex is very well done and includes a beach-side pool with cabanas, gym, recreation room and covered parking garages. The Minto Group developed this first phase of Villas By The Sea and then stopped development on the second phase during the real estate market crash. When the second phase was announced the new units were very popular and the project was 98% sold out long before completion.
