Renaissance I & II

The Renaissance condominium complex in Pompano Beach consists of 3 buildings.  The twin towers of Renaissance I and II are located right on the same offering amazing ocean views. They share a huge heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts and a sun deck between them along with a grilling area and ample outdoor lounging spaces. Both buildings have a secure lobby with 24 hour security. Other amenities include a fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, library, billiards and garage parking. The Sky Lounge on the 29th floor of Renaissance II provides residents with panoramic ocean views.

Renaissance III

Just across the street on the Spanish River waterway you will find Renaissance III.  This waterfront building is located on a protected canal just off the Intracoastal Waterway and has dockage available for residents with boats.  Renaissance III is also a pet friendly building and offers nice amenities including a heated pool, tiki bar and private beach access.
