How It Works
- Your listing agent will provide a free estimate of the projects and repairs that a seller should consider before listing the home for sale. They can even do a virtual walkthrough of the property or schedule a camera tech to create a 3D Matterport video at no charge.
- Sellers don’t have to worry about anything. A Project Manager will be assigned to manage and execute the entire project. All work will be completed in a timely manner so the home can be listed for sale as quickly as possible.
- Sellers pay nothing until closing and in some cases the cost of the project may be included in the property listing fees. Sellers have nothing to lose.
