“I have to state that Pat was the best realtor that I have ever worked with. I have purchased or sold twenty homes over the past 30 years….so my assessment of Pat carries a lot of weight. So…why would I feel so strongly about recommending Pat to my friends and family. Pat sold my condo unit  in one day! She has a ton of clients and she seems to understand their needs and matched them with my unit. The buyers had no issues with funding and the closing was going along smoothly…UNTIL the dreaded open permits from 21 years ago. I had no idea that the previous owner of the unit had open permits…but in record time we resolved these crazy permits and I could not have done it without Pat’s proactive management. She was great!
